Forsa is solving the energy crisis facing the commercial real estate industry. Our company aims to be a leader in the sustainable & property technology. With the current energy crisis, now is the time to make our living environment and buildings more energy efficient and sustainable.

Forsa was founded by Brendan Cleary: LEED Green Associate, former acquisitions & development analyst, and researcher in data science and commercial building energy modeling. Brendan holds a BS in Business Economics from the University of Arizona with a minor in Law. Forsa is based in San Francisco, California.
